Fall breakfast

Poilâne bread slices, 'le délice de Bourgogne' cheese, pumpkin slices and quince pears

Breakfast is the best meal of the day, simply because you can eat alot (good for your energy) and you can eat whatever you fancy at that moment paired with bread. This time I opted for a soft and butttery cheese (le délice de Bourgogne) accompanied with some pumpkin chips I prepared the day before. (The quinces are there for decorative purpose only.)
